On the Day Coordination
Perfect for your DIY Wedding!
Our on the day coordination service provides you with a skilled planner to manage every moment of your special day, ensuring all details, big and small, are set up just the way you envisioned. We'll be the extra pair of hands you know you need, ready to smooth over any hiccups along the way and make sure your wedding is absolutely perfect!

Your wedding day can fly by so fast, and the last thing you want is to occupy your family and friends with a stressful to-do list. Whilst they have the best intentions to help, organisation and problem-solving may not be their strengths, and the ones you love most should be able to relax by your side enjoying the day and sharing in the celebrations with you.
We'll meet in the months leading up to your wedding to fully understand your vision and plans. Together, we’ll review your timeline, confirm suppliers and take care of any last-minute adjustments. Chloe will then be the go-to lead for all on the day directly managing and coordinating the delivery. That way, you can finally relax knowing that you are in good company.

From sourcing the perfect styling elements to refining your concepts, and overseeing every detail, we'll ensure that everything comes together beautifully. Plus with the added benefit of our 'On the Day Coordination' services, we'll handle all the logistics so you can focus on enjoying precious time with your closest friends and family.

We'll take care of everything starting with refining your wedding style and understanding your must-haves through to selecting the ideal venue and vendors, arranging hair & makeup artists, designing seating charts, coordinating transport, guidance with menu selections, setting up tastings and offering Chloe's creative flair for decor styling - you name it, we've got it sorted!
This all-inclusive package saves you countless hours of work and offers complete peace of mind, with the flexibility to be as hands on or off as you prefer. Behind the scenes we have an extensive planning process: coordinating all the admin on your behalf, managing the budget, supplying bespoke vendor proposals for you to choose from, keeping track of payment deadlines, and crafting your detailed wedding day run sheet. When the time comes, we'll take care of all vendor bookings and communication, so that you only need to interact with one point of contact instead of juggling multiple suppliers. All you need to do is say 'I do' and we'll take care of the rest!

Notes: Additional travel fees may apply outside of a 70km radius from Palm Beach, QLD.​
Some venues may require for your coordinator to be onsite until conclusion. Additional on the day hours that may be required are $60 per hour.
A $100 discount is available for clients referred by a previous couple. Additionally, as a thank you, our past couples will receive $50 for any referrals that lead to a confirmed booking.​
